Social Media Content Specialist

The Role
Keep our social media engine running at full speed-owning the content calendar, driving production workflows, and making sure every piece of content that goes out is on-brand, compliant, and built to perform.
What You Will Do
- Own and manage content calendars across all social media platforms, keeping everything organised, on time, and aligned to key campaigns
- Brief weekly content tasks every Monday - clear priorities, sharp briefs, smooth workflows
- Write detailed design and copy briefs that give creative teams exactly what they need to deliver
- Partner with CRM to align social content with promotions, tournaments, giveaways, and on-site updates
- Review and approve designs and copy against brand, compliance, and platform best-practice standards
- Manage external agencies, deliver constructive feedback, and continuously sharpen production and approval processes
What We Are Looking For
- Background in social casino, sweepstakes casino, iGaming, or a closely related industry
- Proven experience managing social media content calendars at pace
- Strong written communication skills - especially when it comes to clear, detailed creative briefs
- Hands-on experience with task management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp
- A solid eye for design, copy, and what makes content work across different platforms
- Experience running QA and approving creative work against compliance requirements, with a track record of managing agency relationships effectively
