and opportunities to take part in competitions.\n\nRole areas:\nData migration architecture and strategy - Defining migration strategies, roadmaps and technical approaches for data migration within the Teamcenter ecosystem for customers in EMEA and the US, designing data migration, integration and transformation solutions, and acting as the technical authority for migration architecture\n\nCustomer workshops and pursuit support - Running discovery workshops and assessing source-system landscapes, estimating effort, resource requirements and timelines, preparing technical proposals and ROM estimates, demonstrations and PoCs\n\nGovernance and migration team leadership - Defining migration tooling, automation and governance processes, reviewing solution designs against quality standards, guiding technical consultants and migration teams during implementation, and developing migration assets and accelerators\n\nWhat you need to join us:\nMust have:\nExperience in designing data migration architecture and strategy, as well as integration architecture\n\nExperience in Teamcenter / PLM migration projects, including data mapping, profiling, transformation and validation\n\nKnowledge ofmigration tooling and automation, as well as project delivery methodology and quality management\n\nExperience in facilitating customer workshops, solution estimation and technical proposal development, as well as stakeholder management, including executive communication\n\nVery good command of English and citizenship of an EU member state\n\nRight to work in Poland (citizenship, residence permit, visa, etc.)\n\nNice to have:\nTeamcenter migration experience gained within the software vendor's organization\n\nExperience supporting presales activities: demonstrations, PoCs, proposal preparation\n\nExperience in leading or mentoring teams of technical
