Measuring quality, latency, and cost impact of model changes.\n\nBusiness process automation: Translating complex business problems into AI-driven workflows - orchestrating computations, summarising data, delivering recommendations through conversational interfaces.\n\nML & data solutions: Predictive pipelines, classifiers, computer vision systems - tailored to client needs.\n\nDevOps for AI: CI/CD, monitoring, observability, backups - keeping production AI systems healthy.\n\nClient collaboration: Working closely with business stakeholders to understand problems and deliver value iteratively.\n\nInternational teamwork: Distributed, cross-functional teams across Europe, in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nWho we'd like to meet:\nProduction experience: You have built AI systems that work in real environments - not just proofs of concept.\n\nPython proficiency: Strong Python skills for analytical problem-solving, building services, and cloud deployment.\n\nGenAI & LLM ecosystem: Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic architectures, and prompt engineering in a business context.\n\nData & ML skills: Comfortable with the standard data stack (pandas, numpy) and ML frameworks. Computer vision experience is a plus.\n\nBusiness mindset: You understand that technology serves a purpose.
