and opportunities to take part in competitions.\n\nScope of the role:\nDesigning and building a mobile application for a TMS class system (Transportation Management System) - a solution built from scratch using Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose\n\nCo-creating a new mobile team set up specifically for this project - real influence on the application architecture, working standards and technical decisions from day one\n\nIntegrating the application with API interfaces and logistics systems, and using LLMs and agentic solutions to support the software development process (SDLC)\n\nWhat you need to join us:\nMust have:\n5+ years of commercial exp. with Android development along with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)\n\nExpert knowledge of the Android SDK, different versions of Android and device configurations\n\nExperience with Jetpack libraries, Android Architecture components and the MVVM and Clean Architecture patterns\n\nHands-on experience working with LLMs and agentic development, including workflows that support the SDLC process\n\nEnglish B2+, Polish C1+ or native\n\nEligibility to work in Poland (citizenship, residence card, visa, etc.)\n\nNice to have:\nJetpack Compose and Coroutines\n\nGoogle's Android UI design principles, patterns, best practices and interface guidelines\n\nPptimizing mobile apps in Java and Kotlin\n\nFirebase
