building and maintaining features in a mobile app with over 10M users, expanding into new European markets, with a focus on performance, quality and responsiveness.\n\nMobile CI/CD and DevEx - designing, implementing and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipelines, automating builds and deployment, and optimising infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.\n\nCode quality and architecture - refactoring existing code, taking part in code reviews and team decisions, and building scalable and maintainable solutions based on MVVM and Clean Architecture.\n\nWhat you need to join us:\nMust have:\nMinimum 5 years exp in Android development - expert knowledge of the Android SDK, different versions of the system and device configurations, along with experience in optimising apps in Kotlin and Java.\n\nHands-on knowledge of Jetpack Compose, Coroutines / Flow, Android Architecture Components, Jetpack libraries, MVVM and Clean Architecture, as well as Firebase configuration and REST API integration.\n\nExperience designing and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipeline s (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or equivalent) - accelerating builds and ensuring high availability and scalability of on-premises and cloud infrastructure.\n\nExperience working in a foundation / platform team supporting a DevEx culture.\n\nKnowledge of Git, JIRA, Confluence, the code review process and Agile methodologies, and English at a minimum B2 level.\n\nEligibility to work within Poland (citizenship, residence card, visa, etc.)\n\nNice to have:\nExperience working with LLMs / agentic workflows that accelerate the software development lifecycle (SDLC).\n\nHands-on experience with Android WebView -
