We’d love for you to join our team!\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams supporting ServiceNow platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, driving Agile best practices, removing impediments, and ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions. This role serves as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, helping teams maximize productivity while fostering collaboration among developers, stakeholders, customers, and business partners.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering ServiceNow solutions and enhancements.\nFacilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.\nCoach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement techniques.\nMonitor team performance and effectiveness, helping teams achieve sprint goals and maintain a high level of delivery quality.\nIdentify and remove impediments that may impact team productivity or project success.\nAct as a neutral facilitator to resolve conflicts and foster collaboration among developers, stakeholders, customers, and business partners.\nPartner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives.\nPromote transparency through Agile metrics, sprint reporting, and stakeholder communications.\nSupport release planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation activities.\nDrive continuous process improvement initiatives to increase team velocity, quality, and predictability.\nEnsure Agile and Scrum processes are consistently followed across ServiceNow development efforts.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.\n8+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.\nRequired Skills:\nHands-on experience supporting or delivering projects on the ServiceNow platform.\nDemonstrated experience usingGitLab for source code management, version control, and collaborative software development. \nProven experience overseeing Agile processes and ensuring team effectiveness according to Scrum and Agile methodologies.\nDemonstrated ability to coach and mentor Agile teams to improve performance and maturity.\nExperience facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and customers.\nStrong understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, and servant leadership practices.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile Development.\nDesired Skills:\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM), including asset lifecycle management, asset tracking, and ITAM module configuration and implementation. \nHands-on experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM), including asset lifecycle management, hardware and software inventory tracking, and license compliance. \nCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification.\nExperience with ServiceNow Agile Development (SAD) or ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).\nExperience working in federal government, healthcare, or highly regulated environments.\nSAFe Agile experience preferred.\nSecurity Clearance:\nUS Citizen able to obtain a Public Trust.\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nEmployees must be able to perform the essential functions of this position, with or without accommodation.\nAbility to remain stationary for extended periods while working at a computer.\nFrequently operate standard office equipment, including computers and telephones.\nAbility to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, video conference, and email.\nOccasionally move about the office and lift up to 20 pounds.\nAbility to work the assigned schedule with regular and reliable attendance.\nAbility to travel up to 10% as required.\nMore About B&A:\nB&A delivers secure, innovative, and mission-critical IT solutions to support the United States Government across all three branches-Executive, Legislative, and Judicial-focused on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence.
