Then this role may be a good fit for you.\nPower-Packer in Oldenzaal supplies technical systems and components to international customers in Automotive, Medical, Off-Highway and Aftermarket. BaanClaesen is looking for a Customer Program Manager to join the commercial team.\nThis is far from a standard inside sales job, and it is not a pure project role either. You work on long-term programs involving substantial investments, you visit customers and you are their main point of contact.\nWhat will you do?\nGuide customer projects from RFQ to series production.\nPrepare quotations, lead price and contract negotiations, and close deals yourself with smaller customers and engineering changes.\nVisit customers and develop the relationship further.\nAlign Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics and Finance around the customer.\nWork together with the Key Account Manager on major, strategic accounts.\nWhat do you bring?\nA bachelor's degree and around five years of experience in a commercial role or commercial project management in an industrial, technical B2B environment.\nFluent German and good English. Coming from Germany and not yet speaking Dutch? That is no obstacle to getting started.\nAutomotive experience is an advantage.\nYou live in the Twente region or the adjacent German border area.\nWho are you?\nYou present yourself to customers with confidence, and you know what to say and what not to say. You have a degree of bravado, you are street smart and you move quickly: you prefer to act and adjust along the way rather than wait for complete certainty. You feel at home in an energetic team with a driven manager.\nWhat do you get in return?\nAn indicative salary of €75,000 to €85,000 gross per year, depending on your experience.\nYour own customers and programs in an international, technical environment.\nHybrid working: three days in the office in Oldenzaal, two days from home.\nA team of Dutch and German colleagues.
