The role requires strong hands-on engineering skills along with the ability to take AI solutions from experimentation to production.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions.\nWork on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI-powered applications.\nBuild and optimize ML pipelines and AI services for scalability and reliability.\nWork with Python and modern AI/ML frameworks and libraries.\nDevelop solutions involving LLM integration, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval systems.\nDesign and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and relevant retrieval techniques.\nExperiment with different models, evaluate their performance, and optimize solutions for production use cases.\nBuild APIs and backend services to integrate AI/ML capabilities into products.\nWork closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.\nMonitor, debug, and continuously improve AI/ML systems in production.\nContribute to technical architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong programming skills in Python.\nStrong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.\nHands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG.\nExperience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.\nExperience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, FAISS, or similar.\nGood understanding of embeddings, semantic search, retrieval, chunking, reranking, and prompt engineering.\nExperience building and deploying AI/ML applications in production.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend development.\nExperience with Docker and AWS/cloud environments.\nGood understanding of ML model evaluation, performance optimization, and monitoring.\nStrong problem-solving and system-design skills.\n\nGood to Have\nExperience with Agentic AI / AI Agents.\nExperience with LangGraph or multi-agent architectures.\nExperience with Fine-tuning, LoRA/PEFT, or model adaptation.\nExperience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.\nExperience with Redis, Kafka, or other distributed
