If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!\nWhat will you be doing?\nWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across our Data and Technology teams. Based in Kosovo, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile ways of working, improving team performance, removing delivery impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience working with data, software development, digital transformation, or technology delivery teams, helping teams deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.\nThis role requires excellent stakeholder management, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for enabling teams to perform at their best.\nAccountabilities and Deliverables:\nAgile Delivery Facilitation\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.\n\nCoach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement techniques.\n\nSupport teams in maintaining a sustainable delivery pace while achieving sprint commitments.\n\nPromote Agile best practices and encourage a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.\n\nImprove the maturity of the teams’ Agile adoption. Improving areas such as estimation, use of DevOps, continuous improvement, collaboration, delivery cadence and agile ceremony participation.\n\nDelivery Management\nBuild, track and monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.\n\nIdentify, manage, and remove impediments affecting delivery performance.\n\nManage teams’ backlogs including backlog refinement, prioritisation, and management with the SVP - Data & Technology and Team Leads.\n\nEnsure delivery risks, dependencies, and issues are identified and escalated appropriately.\n\nWork closely with technical leads, engineers, analysts, and product teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.\n\nStakeholder Engagement\nCommunicate delivery progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional dependencies between teams and business stakeholders.\n\nFacilitate discussions that drive alignment, decision-making, and problem resolution.\n\nBuild strong relationships across Data, Technology, and Business functions.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nDrive retrospectives and ensure improvement actions are implemented and tracked.\n\nUse delivery insights and team metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation.\n\nSupport the adoption of Agile tooling and delivery governance standards.\n\nChampion a learning culture that promotes innovation and knowledge sharing.\n\nTeam Support & Coaching\nMentor team members in Agile practices and self-organisation.\n\nFoster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.\n\nSupport new starters in understanding team processes and delivery methodologies.\n\nEncourage accountability, ownership, and proactive problem-solving.\n\nWhat else looks good for this role:\nExperience using ERP or finance systems (e.g. Acumatica or similar accounting software).\nExposure to expenses management systems.\nExperience using online banking portals for supplier payments and payment verification.\nPersonal Characteristics\nStrong servant-leadership mindset.\n\nExcellent relationship-building and influencing skills.\n\nCollaborative and team-oriented approach.\n\nResilient and adaptable in a changing environment.\n\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.\n\nPassionate about helping teams succeed and continuously improve.\n\n Essential Skills & Experience\nProven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery professional.\n\nStrong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Agile delivery frameworks.\n\nExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies across cross-functional teams.\n\nAbility to identify and resolve delivery blockers and dependencies.\n\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience using Agile management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.\n\nAbility to analyse delivery metrics and use data to drive improvement initiatives.\n\nDesirable Skills & Experience\nExperience supporting data engineering, analytics, BI, data governance, data platform, or software development teams.\n\nExperience working in a cloud-based technology environment (Azure preferred).\n\nUnderstanding of data lifecycle management, data quality, data integration, or data products.\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development approaches.\n\nExperience working within PRINCE2 Agile, SAFe, or scaled Agile environments.\n\nProfessional Agile certifications such as:\n\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM)\n\nProfessional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)\n\nSAFe Scrum Master (SSM)\n\nPrevious experience working within distributed or offshore delivery teams.\n\nPersonal Attributes\nStrong servant-leadership mindset.\n\nExcellent relationship-building and influencing skills.\n\nCollaborative and team-oriented approach.\n\nResilient and adaptable in a changing environment.\n\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.\n\nPassionate about helping teams succeed and continuously improve.\n\nWhy work for Babble?\nPension: Statutory pension provision\nSick Leave: 20 days’ statutory sick pay\nWork Environment: Full-time, office-based role\nParental Leave: Statutory maternity and paternity leave \nThe recruitment journey\nWe want to fill this role quickly, but we want to get the right person.
