By delivering high-quality reporting, visualisation and performance insights, you'll help embed a culture of data-driven decision-making across the Naval Nuclear portfolio while developing your own leadership and career potential within a world-class engineering organisation.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead and develop the PMO data analytics capability, driving continuous improvement and establishing best practice across reporting and performance insight.\nDeliver high-quality business intelligence, analytics and performance reporting that supports informed decision-making at all levels.\nDevelop and maintain data visualisation, reporting and forecasting solutions that enhance governance and business performance.\nImprove data quality, reporting processes and analytics tools to provide accurate, reliable and actionable insight.\nCoach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing data analytics culture.\nWhat you’ll need:\nExperience leading data analytics, business intelligence or performance reporting teams within a complex organisation.\nStrong knowledge of reporting, data visualisation and performance management methodologies.\nExperience developing management information and analytics solutions for senior stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of modern analytics technologies, including data platforms, automation and emerging artificial intelligence capabilities.\nProven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organisational improvement through data-led insights.\n\nWe value difference and don’t have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can demonstrate relatable experience and a great attitude then we would like to hear from you.\nSecurity Clearance\nThe successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.\nMany of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
