If you join us, you can play your part as a Data Analyst at Donnington or Andover.\nThe role\nAs a Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting one of the UK's most significant defence transformation programmes. Working within a high-profile business winning campaign, you'll provide trusted, data-driven insight that helps shape critical decisions, influence strategy, and support successful programme delivery.\nDay-to-day you'll be:\nAnalysing complex data from multiple business, programme and customer sources to provide actionable insight.\nDeveloping and maintaining dashboards, reports and visualisations using Power BI and Microsoft Excel.\nEnsuring data quality, governance and assurance processes are robust, accurate and auditable.\nSupporting campaign reviews, governance activities and key decision points through evidence-based reporting.\nCollaborating with campaign leaders, solution teams and stakeholders to identify trends, risks and opportunities.\nThe role is based at Donnington or Andover. Hybrid working patterns are available with a minimum of 3 days on site. The set working times are Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.\nEssential experience of the Data Analyst:\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas and data validation.\nExperience analysing complex datasets and translating findings into business-focused recommendations.\nUnderstanding of data governance, data quality, information security and data management principles.\nExperience developing Power BI dashboards, data models and DAX-based reporting solutions.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to present complex analysis clearly to a range of stakeholders.\nQualifications for the Data Analyst:\nDegree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.\nSecurity Clearance\nThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.\nMany of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
