If you join us, you can play your part as a Process Engineering Manager at our Warrington or Preston sites.\nThe role\nAs a Process Engineering Manager, you'll provide leadership across complex engineering programmes, guiding projects from concept and design through to delivery and commissioning.\nDay-to-day, you’ll be required to:\nLeading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.\nManaging engineering activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to construction and delivery.\nCollaborating with customers, stakeholders, and project teams to resolve complex technical and delivery challenges.\nEnsuring engineering outputs comply with quality, safety, regulatory, and technical assurance requirements.\nDeveloping engineering capability through mentoring, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nThis is a full-time role based at either our Warrington or Preston site. Hybrid working patterns are available with an expectation of three days per week on site.\nEssential experience of the Process Engineering Manager:\nProven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex process-led projects.\nStrong background within chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, oil and gas, or similarly regulated industries.\nExperience managing engineering projects through the full lifecycle from concept and design to commissioning and delivery.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple disciplines.\nExperience applying engineering governance, safety, quality, and technical assurance standards within complex environments.\nQualifications for the Process Engineering Manager:\nDegree, or equivalent qualification, in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nChartered Engineer status or working towards professional registration.\nSecurity Clearance\nThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
