Working with a wide range of stakeholders, you will coordinate production activities, enable work packages, resolve scheduling and resource challenges, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.\nDay-to-day, you’ll have an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a world-class engineering environment, where your planning, coordination, and operational expertise will directly contribute to projects that support national security and critical infrastructure. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and safe delivery.\nCoordinating production activities to ensure materials, documentation, and technical information are available when required.\nDeveloping and maintaining production schedules to support successful project delivery.\nManaging stakeholder relationships across operational, engineering, and project teams.\nConducting inspections and audits to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping.\nSupporting the resolution of production challenges to ensure programme milestones are achieved.\nThis role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.\nEssential experience of the Production Controller\nExperience in a production planning, project controls, manufacturing, or engineering environment.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.\nUnderstanding of production planning and scheduling processes.\nKnowledge of quality assurance, safe systems of work, and continuous improvement practices.\nQualifications for the Production Controller\nONC qualification or equivalent is desirable.\nRelevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.\nSecurity Clearance\nThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.\nMany of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
