You will oversee workflow planning and execution, coordinating resources to meet customer requirements while maintaining compliance with regulatory and operational standards.\nThis hands on leadership role is accountable for achieving operational performance, schedule, cost, and productivity targets, ensuring asset availability and the successful delivery of customer outcomes. Working closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimise workshop performance, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.\nAbout you\nYou’re a collaborative and proactive leader with a strong background in workshop operations, maintenance, or asset management within an equipment, vehicle, or heavy equipment environment.
