Alcanzar 1000 millones de facturación, un reto que estamos seguros de que con la colaboración y el talento de nuestra gente, será otra historia de éxito que escribiremos juntos y juntas.\n¿Qué buscamos?\nAs a GTB Senior Solution Architect - Security Focus, you will design and govern secure enterprise-grade architectures aligned with:\nSantander Group approved security frameworks\nEnterprise governance and regulatory requirements\nMulti-region/domain architectural consistency\nCloud-native best practices (primarily AWS)\nYou will act as a trusted security architecture advisor, working closely with:\nSCIB CTO Security\nBaaS Security\nCISO\nRegional architecture and security teams\nCloud and platform engineering domains\nGTB devops team\nGTB Solution Architect team\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nDefine and design end-to-end security architectures aligned with Santander Group security frameworks and standards.\nEnsure multi-region/domain alignment of security patterns and architectural consistency.\nDesign authentication and authorization models based on:\no OAuth2\no OpenID Connect (OIDC)\no SAML 2.0\no Federated identity\no JWT/token-based architectures\nDefine IAM strategies for cloud-native environments, primarily AWS, while ensuring compatibility with hybrid or multi-cloud scenarios.\nCollaborate with Security and Governance stakeholders to validate architectural decisions.\nLead and execute Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate security models and emerging technologies.\nContribute to cloud migration and modernization initiatives, defining secure target architectures and transition roadmaps.\nEmbed security-by-design and DevSecOps principles across solution lifecycles.\nParticipate in architecture reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments.\nEstablish reusable security patterns, blueprints, and best practices for cross-region adoption.\nStay current with AWS security services and evolving industry standards.\n\nMANDATORY SKILLS\n5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture with strong focus on Security Architecture and IAM.\nProven experience designing security architectures in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).\nExperience aligning architectures with enterprise-wide security frameworks.\nHands-on experience implementing OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, federation, and enterprise IdP integrations.\nExperience contributing to cloud migration and modernization programs.\nExperience in regulated environments (financial services preferred).\nIntermediate level in English (Spanish is a plus).\nSkills & Knowledge\nDeep understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks.\nStrong knowledge of enterprise Identity Providers and federation models.\nAdvanced knowledge of AWS security services (IAM, KMS, WAF, Shield, Security Hub, API Gateway, EKS, etc.).\nExperience defining IAM strategies for multi-region/domain and hybrid cloud environments.\nStrong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture principles.\nKnowledge of encryption standards, PKI, certificate lifecycle management, TLS/mTLS.\nAbility to produce clear, structured architecture documentation and security blueprints.\nNICE TO HAVE\nSecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SABSA or equivalent).\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Security Specialty.\nExperience with hybrid or multi-cloud governance models.\nExperience with DevSecOps practices and infrastructure-as-code security controls (Terraform, Ansible, Github actions).\nKnowledge of container and Kubernetes security.\nExposure to observability and security monitoring frameworks.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree (or higher).\nPostgraduate studies or specialization in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or Enterprise Architecture are valued.\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication and presentation abilities.\nAbility to influence across global and regional teams without direct authority.\nStrong stakeholder management skills.\nStrategic thinking with strong risk awareness.\nLeadership and mentoring capabilities.\nHigh adaptability in complex, regulated environments.\n¿Qué ofrecemos?\nBabel, the great way to achieve the success.\n¿Quieres formar parte de un equipo en expansión, comprometido e innovador que hace historia cada día?
