Administration\n· Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)\n· Manage and administer Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, permissions)\n· Configure and maintain DHCP and DNS services\n· Perform server patching, updates, backups, and system monitoring\n· Support virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware) where applicable\nNetworking\n· Maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks\n· Configure VLANs and troubleshoot connectivity issues\n· Monitor network performance and resolve outages promptly\n· Ensure secure remote access solutions are operational\nHospitality Systems Support\n· Provide technical support and administration for Symphony POS\n· Support and maintain Oracle Hospitality OPERA PMS\n· Troubleshoot front desk, restaurant, and back-office system issues\n· Support POS terminals, printers, payment devices, and interface integrations\nMicrosoft 365 Administration\n· Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)\n· Manage user accounts, licensing, and security policies\n· Troubleshoot email flow, mailbox access, and authentication issues\n· Implement and maintain MFA and security best practices\nEnd-User Support\n· Provide Level 1-3 technical support to hotel staff\n· Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices\n· Document support tickets and resolutions\n· Deliver basic user training when required\nSecurity & Compliance\n· Maintain antivirus and endpoint protection systems\n· Ensure backups are running and tested regularly\n· Support IT compliance standards relevant to hospitality (e.g., PCI-DSS awareness)\n---\nRequired Skills & Experience\n· Minimum 3+ years’ experience in IT support within a hospitality environment\n· Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server (2008/2012/2016/2019/2022)\n· Solid knowledge of:\no Active Directory\no DHCP / DNS\no Group Policy\no Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, Wi-Fi)\n· Experience supporting Symphony POS and Opera PMS\n· Experience administering Microsoft 365\n· Understanding of hotel operations and 24/7 support
