Obj. del Puesto: Liderar, desarrollar y supervisar a equipo de Ejecutivos de Venta, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas. Será responsable de acompañar la gestión comercial y fortalecer las capacidades del equipo para mejorar su desempeño, identificar oportunidades de negocio y brindar una experiencia de calidad al cliente. Funciones principales: Desarrollar las capacidades del equipo mediante retroalimentación, capacitación y sesiones de coaching comercial, para formar vendedores autónomos, responsables y orientados a resultados.

Monitorear indicadores de productividad y desempeño comercial, para identificar e implementar acciones oportunas que permitan alcanzar los resultados esperados. Planificar y asegurar la cobertura efectiva de las zonas asignadas, redistribuyendo los esfuerzos del equipo según las oportunidades comerciales identificadas. Ser enlace enlace entre el equipo y las áreas internas, para comunicar oportunidades y necesidades que contribuyan a mejorar los procesos, la experiencia del cliente.
