production schedules\nEffectively supervise Bottling Line employees as well as contract staffing employees to ensure production goals and efficiencies are met.\nSupport Self Directed Teams Initiatives.\nFully responsible for production on the Angel’s Envy Bottling Lines.\nPossess good working knowledge of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) performed by Bottling Line Operators.\nAbility to drive Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement activities.\nAbility to perform necessary SAP functions.\nAbility to effectively operate bottling line machinery as needed.\nObserve machinery operation to detect malfunctions, report problems to maintenance for repair and offer technical guidance where appropriate.\nOversee work of Bottling Line Operators to ensure completeness and compliance with packaging and quality specifications.\nProvide leadership and guidance of company safety policies and procedures and ensure all Primos work within guidelines.\nAssure all work areas are clean and orderly in compliance with 5S initiative.\nDocument all employee reports and ensure timely/accurate preparation and completion of all necessary paperwork including incident reports and time cards.\nComplete production reports as required.\nPartner with Manager to prepare and perform employee performance evaluation reports for Bottling Operators in a conscientious and timely manner.\nSchedule vacation time, overtime and special working hours for Bottling Line Operators in a fair and equitable manner.\nAbility to communicate effectively with management team.\nDevelop and maintain good working relationships with other departments to effectively meet company goals and objectives.\nProvide leadership and guidance to effectively ensure sanitation and housekeeping standards are met and maintained.\nPossess the ability to work overtime, and outside normal schedule as required.\nPerform all other duties as assigned or requested.\nSKILLS\nTHE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY\nMinimum of two years on production/plant operation experience (beverage industry preferred).\nExperience on other beverage sector manufacturing field (e.g. processing, bottling, etc.) is desired.\nMust possess and exhibit strong ability to work cohesively with others to accomplish company objectives.\nExcellent organization and follow-up skills.\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nMust be detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task.\nStrong interpersonal skills and leadership skills with effective training abilities.\nGood analytical skills including KPI evaluations.\nSelf-motivated and possess ability to work independently and as a team member.\nStrong commitment to dependability and Saving Rules, OSHA, HACCP, and ISO.\nEXTERNAL QUALIFICATIONS\nDEGREE, CERTIFICATION, ADDITIONAL TRAINING\nMinimum Education\nBachelor’s Degree preferred, or 2-3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership experience.\nMachines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids\nGeneral office equipment, supplies, personal computer, computer software, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, SAP, reference materials regarding operations, engineering standards, and safety, health, and environmental issue.\nEnvironmental Conditions\nWork is performed in non temperature-controlled environment and in a production facility where dust, fumes, heat, cold, noise, and vibration exist; and in outdoors environment where seasonal elements and weather elements can exist.\nCorporate (BOS).\nBottling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including but not limited to Bottling Efficiency, Right First Time, productivity, etc. are met or exceeded per departmental targets.\nAll required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.\nAll Bottling Primos trained and qualified per departmental goals.\nMeet or exceed all departmental safety requirements including, but not
