Taking ownership of responsibilities is essential for achieving operational excellence in this pivotal position.\nRESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:\nMaintenance Operations\nSupervise planned corrective maintenance work for electrical and mechanical equipment.\nEnsure installations and repairs comply with approved work orders, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.\nMaintain and ensure reliability of electrical and mechanical equipment and systems.\nSupport the planning and coordination of work orders within the maintenance department.\nPreventive Maintenance and Continuous Improvement\nSupport the evaluation, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Program.\nDesign, implement, maintain, and improve maintenance strategies for electrical instruments, facilities, components, and electrical grid systems.\nIdentify system deficiencies and recommend improvements to increase reliability, efficiency, and safety.\nMRO Administration and Asset Management\nOversee MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) inventory management, ensuring availability of critical spare parts and maintenance materials.\nReview and approve requisitions for maintenance materials, tools, and equipment.\nMonitor usage trends of maintenance materials to improve cost efficiency and planning.\nEnsure accurate documentation and tracking of maintenance materials within the CMMS\nStrategic and Operational Management\nContribute to operational goals by providing recommendations for strategic planning and performance reviews.\nMaintain production, productivity, quality, and operational standards.\nComplete audits, analyze trends, identify problems, and implement appropriate solutions.\nSupport financial objectives by forecasting maintenance requirements and implementing effective corrective actions.\nEvaluate needs for new equipment, calculate costs, and assist in budget preparation with senior management.\nEstimate material, labor, and project costs to support maintenance and capital budgets.\nCompliance and Safety\nEnsure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, codes, and standards.\nEnsure installation and operational processes meet required technical specifications and regulatory standards.\nDirect or coordinate installation, maintenance, documentation, testing, and support activities to ensure compliance with codes and specifications.\nLeadership and Team Management\nLead daily meetings with the maintenance team to review priorities, safety topics, and operational updates.\nParticipate in meetings with maintenance staff to communicate relevant information and feedback from the team.\nSupervise the performance of mechanical and electrical facilitators, identifying training needs and coordinating development programs.\nTechnical Coordination\nCollaborate with engineers, technicians, vendors, and internal stakeholders to discuss engineering products, projects, and maintenance requirements.\nPrepare specifications for the purchase of electrical equipment and materials.\nWork with a variety of technicians and technical specialists to ensure efficient maintenance execution.\nSkills and Education:\nBachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent - Required\nMaster’s degree - Engineering Management or equivalent -Preferable\nExperience: (All Required)\n5 - 10 years in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering\n2 - 4 years in Maintenance Supervision\n1-2 years in Project Management (Preferable)\n2- 4 Years in CMMS SAP USE\n0- 1 Years in ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OSHA 18000\n0-1 Years in Drawing Analysis\n0-1 Years in GMP/GDP\n2-4 Years in Design and Implement Predictive & Preventive Maintenance\nLicenses / Certifications:\nProfessional Engineer License -
