Ensures the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities by coordinating internal resources and contractors, following up on work orders, and ensuring compliance with maintenance programs, safety standards, quality requirements, and asset reliability objectives.\nBeing a Utilities Facilitator is:\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nInstall, maintain, and replace electrical systems, including high-voltage equipment, substations, distribution systems, protection, and controls.\nInstall, maintain, and replace compressed air generation, distribution, and associated equipment.\nInstall, maintain, and replace HVAC systems supporting plant operations and critical areas.\nInstall, maintain, and replace instrumentation and control systems\nMeets operational goals by contributing information and recommendations for strategic planning and review, preparing and enacting action plans, maintaining production, productivity, quality, and standards, completing audits, identifying trends, recognizing problems and determining appropriate system improvements and solutions.\nProvide support in the planning and coordination of work orders in the area.\nProvide support in the evaluation and optimization of the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Program.\nSupervises the performance of the instrumentation technician identifies training needs and coordinates them.\nSupervises the performance of the HVAC technician identifies training needs and coordinates them.\nEnsuring that installation and operations conform to standards by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings.\nEnsuring compliance with specifications, codes requirements by directing or coordinating installation, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.\nCoordination of internal maintenance personnel and external contractors.\nTechnical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and reliability improvement initiatives.\nSupervising or training team members.\nIdentification and implementation of opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reliability, and operating performance.\nSupport for capital projects, equipment upgrades, and modifications related to utility systems.\nEstimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.\nWorking with a variety of technicians.\nAny other task assigned by the Maintenance Operations Team Lead or Maintenance Manager to ensure the proper and normal functioning of the company and its operations.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nAssociate’s degree in Automation, Instrumentation or Equivalent (Required)\nBachelors degree in Electrical Control Engineering or Automation (Preferred)\n5 - 10 years as a Certified Electrician and Instrumentalist\n2 - 4 years in Electrical Maintenance Supervision\n1 - 2 years of experience in Project Management\n2 - 4 years of experience in CMMS SAP\n0 - 1 year in Blueprints and Design Analyzing\n2 - 4 years of experience in the Design and Implementation of Predictive and Corrective Maintenance\nKnowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Management systems: ISO 9001, 45000, 14001, 22000 and Control Systems\nSKILLS & COMPETENCIES:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish\nFamiliarity with electronic systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nKnowledge of GMP and ISO\nEffective use of the Internet and e-mail\nDOT\nTeam Leadership\nEffective communication\nManagement of multiple priorities\nIndependent Work\nNegotiation\nAnalysis and proactive problem solving\nGoal-orientation\nPlanning and execution\nEffective delegation\nCapacity for judgment and decision making.\nAdditional Requirements\nTravel throughout Puerto Rico & Internationally when required\nWork Alternating Shifts when required\nCross-Functional Flexibility and Support\nLEADERSHIP AGILITY\nAt Bacardi we care deeply about finding brilliant talent who can bring the following personal attributes to help elevate our 3Fs: Fearless, Family, Founder culture to the next level.\nBelonging: You have a strong capacity to create a culture of ‘Belonging’, where people feel appreciated for who they are, what they do, and who they can become\n\nSelf-Awareness: You have high levels of self-awareness, are reflective and know yourself well, understanding both your own strengths and weaknesses and your impact on others\n\nPeople Agility: You bring a deep ability to understand and relate to people and navigate through tough situations to harness and multiply collective performance\n\nResults Agility: You demonstrate consistent delivery of results in first-time situations by inspiring teams, exhibiting a presence that builds confidence in yourself and others.\n\nMental Agility: You can think critically to penetrate complex problems and expand the possibilities by making fresh connections.
