To strengthen our team in the Global Project Management department, we are looking for a dedicated “Associate CMC Project Manager” (a), 100%\nYour Tasks:\nCoordinate and manage customer and internal R&D projects with cross-functional teams of 3-10 members.\nEnsure project deliverables are achieved on time, within scope, and in line with customer agreements and contracts.\nAct as the primary point of contact for project-related questions, issues, and coordination activities.\nDrive ownership and accountability for all project deliverables across the project team.\nStructure, coordinate, and monitor project activities using established tools, systems, and processes.\nPrepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action lists, and project plans.\nFacilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.\nProactively identify risks, challenges, and mitigation measures to support project success.\nSupport continuous process improvements and contribute to project management best practices.\nDevelop towards a leading project management role with increasing responsibility.\nYour Profile:\nBSc or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, CDMO, or chemical industry;
