Based out of our Clifton Park, New York location, you will be expected to follow Standard Operating procedures to safely operate equipment that coats and converts work into finished product and/or finished potted product.\nYou will:\n Run automated processes including masking, gelling, conformal coating, potting and encapsulating.\n Seek quality assurance feedback at appropriate times throughout the shift\n Ensure ISO and ESD standard operating procedures are followed exactly \n Using the MRP system, log information accurately and diligently. \n Elevate quality concerns to QC. \n Safely operate process equipment as directed by supervisor, work instruction, or equipment manual.\n Requirements\nYou should have:\nHigh school diploma, or equivalent, required. \nKnowledge of IPC standards preferred\nMust be able to work on a fast-paced schedule throughout the shift. \nAbility to stay focused doing repetitive work. \nAbility to work overtime as needed\nPhysical requirements:\nPosition requires at least 90% of time on the production floor standing/walking\nAbility to lift 40lb for short periods of time.\nManual dexterity is a plus\nSalary Range:\n$20.00 per hour\nBenefits\nElectronic Coating Technologies offers its employees competitive salaries, personal growth opportunities, and excellent benefits packages including:\nHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision), Retirement Plan (401K), Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D).
