Engineering and Technical Service resources, creating a collaborative and high-performing technical organization.\nEstablish structured, repeatable approaches for customer investigations, testing, root-cause analysis, and solution development.\nCoordinate technical expertise across Dymax and the broader organization to deliver consistent and effective customer solutions.\nSet clear expectations, assign priorities, and ensure resources are aligned with customer and business needs.\nDevelop Strong Technical Solutions\nGuide engineers in evaluating applications, troubleshooting quality, safety, compliance, and scientific rigor.\nRequirements\nWhat You Will Bring\nBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.\n5+ years of experience leading technical teams within laboratory, technical service, or application engineering environments.\n5+ years of experience working with adhesives and coatings is preferred.\nStrong understanding of laboratory best practices, scientific investigation, root-cause analysis, and technical problem solving.\nExperience with dispensing and curing equipment and the ability to develop or deliver technical training.\nDemonstrated ability to coach and develop technical professionals while setting clear expectations and driving accountability.\nStrong customer orientation with the ability to translate complex technical findings into practical recommendations.\nAbility to collaborate and influence across Sales, R&D, Product Management, Quality, Production, Customer Service, and other functions.\nStrong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills with close attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and laboratory-related systems.\nExperience working with ERP systems; JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JD-E1) experience is especially helpful.\nSalary:
