Report to Hera, our Senior CRM Manager in Paris.\nThe CRM team works together with other experts from the brand & marketing team but also with Business, Product and Engineering teams. We are responsible for delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right moment, through different channels like emails, push notifications and in-apps.\nAs a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern, you will support the CRM efforts with a focus on marketing campaigns and transactional communications in all markets we operate.\nYOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):\nLead the creation and implementation of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns, working closely with our brand, business and design teams.\n\nSupport in brainstorming, implementing and analyzing transactional CRM communication that enhances our existing customer journeys while also building new ones to support product/service initiatives. This includes working with Product and Engineering teams to define data needs and leverage it to create an end-to-end CRM flow.\n\nConduct A/B testing and analyze results to provide recommendations to the team for strategic improvements.\n\nProvide support on CRM automation to identify areas for increased process efficiency leverage that to provide dynamic, personalized content to users\n\nYOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐\nYou feel comfortable working & speaking in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nYou are highly detail-oriented (this is a must) and creative with an experimentation and testing mindset.\n\nYou are someone who enjoys the technical side of CRM including working on automation and data integration as well as the creative side focusing on content and design.\n\nYou have already used a CRM campaign management tool: big plus if used Braze.\n\nYou are able to work independently and cross-functionally while demonstrating drive and initiative.\n\nYou enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are able to multi-task efficiently.\n\nYou are adaptable and a fast learner eager to acquire new skills.\n\nYou have affinity with data, you are at ease with numbers and statistics.\n\nYou have experience with programming languages.
