This means understanding how the service works end to end, getting hands-on with operational issues, managing incidents, finding solutions and continuously improving the way we work.\nYou will work close to the day-to-day operations, executing processes and understanding where problems really occur. The objective is then to use data, automation, AI and process improvement to make these operations simpler, faster and more scalable.\nYOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):\n1. Ensure smooth operations from day one\nYou will take ownership of operational processes and checks, making sure that important tasks are completed accurately and on time. This may include:\nMaintaining the Trade-in Catalog and product matching\n\nMonitoring pricing and identifying inconsistencies\n\nSupporting Seller limit adjustments and Seller reactivation processes\n\nUpdating customer and agent-facing content\n\nSupporting transactional CRM communications\n\nMonitoring fraud-related processes\n\nInvestigating operational issues and coordinating incident resolution\n\nThese activities are essential to understanding the service and building the expertise needed to improve it.\n2. Improve operations and create measurable impact\nYou will identify opportunities to improve, simplify and automate processes:\nAnalyse data to identify recurring issues and root causes\n\nBuild or improve reports, dashboards, alerts and monitoring\n\nSimplify manual workflows and reduce unnecessary steps\n\nPrototype automation using available tools, AI and workflow platforms\n\nImprove incident detection and reduce resolution time\n\nTrack the impact of your improvements on incident rates, manual effort, customer satisfaction and seller experiences\n\nDocument processes and create reliable playbooks for the teams\n\nContribute to the evaluation and improvement of our AI chatbot for customer support\n\nThe goal is to turn recurring operational work into measurable improvements, not simply to execute tasks more efficiently.\n3. Enable Trade-in to scale\nTrade-in plans to open additional countries and categories while continuing to improve its performance.
