We gather insights about what users need through a range of qualitative and quantitative techniques and translate them into valuable information for the product and design team.\nAs an User Research (UX) Apprentice, you will work on the e-commerce experience Back Market provides to its customers, using insights to provide actionable recommendations for improvements, as well as contributing to improve our research processes, tools, and communications.
