ABM Manager - Europe North West

Over 150+ leading banks run on Backbase-the AI-native Banking OS that turns fragmented operations into a Unified Frontline where customers, employees, and AI agents work as one.

Europe North West is one of our most competitive, highest-potential regions. We are looking for a commercially focused ABM Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of strategic new-logo and existing-customer accounts.

Function: Account-Based Marketing / Field Marketing

Reports to: Senior Field Marketing Director

What You’ll Do

• Strategy & Execution: Own and run 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies for priority accounts across the full buyer journey.
• Sales Alignment: Partner closely with Sales and BDM teams to identify account priorities, key buying groups, and growth opportunities.
• Data-Driven Outreach: Activate integrated digital, content, executive engagement, and event programs tailored to the Europe North West market using real-time engagement signals.
• AI & Tech Integration: Leverage modern AI tools and marketing tech to sharpen account research, personalization, execution, and reporting.
• Impact Tracking: Measure account engagement, progression, pipeline creation, and opportunity acceleration.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in enterprise B2B ABM, Field Marketing, or Demand Gen within complex sales cycles.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales to measurably drive pipeline growth.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools for campaign execution, research, and personalization.
• High commercial acumen, strong project management, and cross-functional stakeholder skills.
• Bonus: Background in SaaS, fintech, banking, or enterprise technology.
