You combine banking knowledge and technical skills to design and test solutions for Digital Banking and Agentic Banking.\nYou work directly with customers to build prototypes, test ideas and find practical solutions. You understand both business needs and technical requirements, from executive priorities to system architecture and engineering. You work with customers and internal teams to connect BankingOS with existing systems and ensure solutions meet their needs.\nThe role offers variety, from discussions with senior executives to technical workshops and integration challenges. You will work independently, influence customer decisions, contribute to product improvements, and support other team members' development.\nMeet the job\nLead discovery and solution design: Understand the bank’s goals, workflows and limitations. Identify opportunities for Digital Banking and Agentic Banking and define clear success criteria.\n\nBuild and test solutions: Turn requirements into working demonstrations and prototypes. Run customer workshops, test ideas and help teams make decisions.\n\nDevelop Agentic Banking solutions: Connect AI agents to banking knowledge, tools and workflows through BankingOS. Test their reliability, handle errors and determine when human oversight is needed.\n\nCoordinate the solution: Work with Sales, Value Consultants, Solutions Architects, Product, Services and partners to address dependencies and balance business value, cost and technical complexity.\n\nOwn the Digital Solution Document (DSD): Document the BankingOS solution, customer journeys, integrations and key decisions. Include the dependencies and controls required to move from prototype to production.\n\nLead technical validation: Help customers assess AI reliability, data privacy, security and agent autonomy through practical testing and collaboration with specialists.\n\nSupport delivery: Align Services teams and partners on commitments and success criteria.
