use device-farm/matrix testing.\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD with GitHub Actions (smoke, regression, quality gates).\nManage test environments with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.\nUse Grafana (or similar) to analyse test results and improve feedback loops.\nCombine automation with exploratory and manual testing for edge cases; reduce flakiness and improve parallelization.\nCoach engineers on TDD, BDD, contract tests, synthetic data, and shift-left practices.\nAdvocate AI-assisted testing (generation, visual regression, maintenance).\n\nRequired\n5+ years as SDET or hands-on QA with an automation-first mindset.\nStrong test planning and acceptance-criteria design with Product/UX.\nPlaywright (web), Espresso (Android), XCUITest (iOS).\nJava and JavaScript/TypeScript; Angular SPA, mobile, microservices.\nAPI testing (REST, Postman, RestAssured or equivalent).\nCI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), BDD/Gherkin, web and mobile E2E.\nCloud platforms (preferably Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes.\nDevice/browser farms (Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, or equivalent).\nGit/GitHub, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).\nNon-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility, localization).\nExcellent communication in distributed teams (India, Vietnam, Europe).\nNice to have\nDigital banking, martech, or campaign/engagement management.\nPerformance testing (k6, Gatling, JMeter).\nSaaS or enterprise software testing experience.\nAI/ML product testing;
