We’re seeking a Staff Product Manager to join our team!\nAbout the Role:\nBackblaze’s B2 cloud object storage offers multi-exabyte, S3-compatible, globally available object storage that unlocks app builder innovation across AI neoclouds and traditional hyperscalers at a fraction of the cost from traditional cloud infrastructure hyperscalers. The Staff Product Manager for B2 will work closely with key stakeholders to understand the evolution of cloud storage and the customer problems in the space and determine product strategies and roadmap to address those problems. He or she will work independently to lead the efforts for new feature discovery and delivery and improvements to execute on those strategies. Understanding customer problems through interviews and market research and translating them into requirements is critical.\nWhat You’ll Do: \nDrive B2 product strategy and roadmap development through to delivery execution.\nLead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery through delivery in feature development.\nGather and synthesize inputs for discovery and prioritization from internal functions, customers, and partners across the full spectrum of R&D development of feature capabilities, user experience challenges, cost optimization, and technical debt.\nTranslate complex customer challenges into clear, concise and actionable product requirements in collaboration with Design, Engineering and GTM teams.\nCollaborate with Product Marketing to launch and drive adoption of new products and features.
