This is a 6-month contract role primarily focused on technical recruiting, with flexibility to support non-technical roles as business needs evolve. This role will support hiring across LATAM and the U.S., partnering closely with hiring managers and the broader recruiting team to deliver high-quality talent pipelines and an exceptional candidate experience.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for primarily technical roles (e.g., engineering, infrastructure, etc.), with flexibility to support non-technical roles as needed\nPartner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and ideal candidate profiles\nSource, engage, and attract top technical talent across LATAM and U.S. markets using AI-first sourcing tools and other channels\nBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines across key regions and talent segments\nConduct initial screens to assess technical alignment, experience, and culture fit\nDeliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process\nManage candidate pipelines and activity in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate tracking and communication\nCollaborate with recruiters to support global hiring efforts \nProvide light coordination support across regions as needed to ensure smooth interview processes\nUse data and metrics to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruiting strategies\nThe Right Fit\nProven experience as a technical recruiter with a strong focus on technical roles, owning full-cycle recruiting for engineering or technical roles\nStrong sourcing background using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI sourcing tools (Gem, HireEZ, Juicebox, etc.)\nExperience hiring across LATAM and/or the U.S. strong understanding of regional talent markets\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, contract environment with evolving priorities \nAbility to flex across role types (technical and non-technical) based on business needs\nStrong partnership skills with hiring managers and the ability to influence hiring decisions\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage and close passive candidates\nExperience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse\nData-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve recruiting performance\nFluent in English\nBonus Points For\nExperience recruiting for cloud infrastructure, storage, or SaaS companies\nFamiliarity with open source or AI/ML engineering roles\nExperience supporting global hiring teams\nDeep knowledge of LATAM markets (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, etc.)\nAt this point, we hope you're feeling excited about the job description you're reading.
