You'll animate designs, build original motion graphics, and edit footage into videos that grab attention, owning video projects from start to finish.\nResponsibilities\nAnimate existing designs into polished motion graphics for product UI, explainers, social assets, and ads.\n\nCreate original motion graphics from scratch.\n\nEdit raw footage (interviews, screen recordings, events, stock clips) into compelling videos of various lengths and formats.\n\nManage full post-production: story, pacing, sound, music, color, captions, and graphics.\n\nAdapt videos for different channels and aspect ratios, managing projects from briefs to final delivery.\n\nStrategize new approaches to video and creative concepts to build the brand, reach new audiences, and convert prospects.\n\nPartner with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.\n\nMaintain a unified visual language across all our video content.\n\nRequirements\nWe’re looking for someone who can own video projects and deliver polished results.\nA strong portfolio or reel showing both motion graphics and video editing.\n\nExpertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro.\n\nAbility to animate existing designs and create original motion graphics.\n\nStrong editorial instincts for storytelling, pacing, and viewer engagement.\n\nSolid understanding of typography, composition, color, and sound.\n\nA project-owner mindset, comfortable managing video from kickoff to delivery.\n\nSelf-direction to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.\n\nBonus points\nExperience or comfort behind the camera for simple interviews and shoots.\n\nExperience creating content for B2B SaaS, media tech, or similar technical audiences.\n\nFamiliarity with Figma, Cinema 4D, Lottie, or other 3D tools.\n\nWork Arrangement\nLocation: US East Coast\nThe anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and geographic
