ambiguity.\nResponsibilities\nDefine the problems we need to solve and make strategic bets for our search and AI capabilities over the next 6-18 months.\n\nOwn the customer experience and technical direction for agentic AI workflows.\n\nDrive the strategy to make AI a core, monetized part of our offering.\n\nPartner closely with engineering and design to shape backend architecture, ensure scalability, and create intuitive AI workflows.\n\nInfluence peer teams’ roadmaps, remove roadblocks, and use data and customer insights to refine our solutions and business models.\n\nWhat success looks like in the first year\nEstablish a clear, data-backed strategic direction for agentic AI and search.\n\nDefine a scalable technical foundation for these workflows with engineering.\n\nDevelop a clear framework for analyzing AI experiments and embed AI across the product.\n\nDemonstrate tangible customer adoption and monetization of AI features.\n\nRequirements\nWe’re looking for someone sharp, who loves working with customers and design, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.\nExperience leading AI workflows, search technology, or agentic systems.\n\nSolid understanding of backend systems and data platforms.\n\nProven ability to build consumer products with a strong emphasis on design.\n\nSkill in influencing stakeholders at all levels, even without direct authority.\n\nA track
