success.\n\nRepresent BACR at district meetings, community events, and professional conferences.\n\nPromote culturally responsive, equitable, and inclusive practices across all programs.\n\nManage Operations & Fiscal Responsibility\nMonitor program budgets, approve expenses, and oversee fiscal accountability.\n\nEnsure compliance with grant requirements, district expectations, and organizational policies.\n\nReview and approve timesheets, reports, and operational documentation.\n\nPartner with internal departments to ensure contracts, reporting, and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nSuccessful candidates will demonstrate:\nA commitment to educational equity, youth development, and community impact.\n\nExceptional environments.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree preferred (Associate degree or equivalent education/experience considered).\n\nMinimum of 3-5 years of leadership experiencein expanded learning, youth development, education, or a related field.\n\nExperience supervising and coaching adult staff.\n\nExperience managing budgets and overseeing multiple funding sources.\n\nStrong communication, organizational, and technology skills.\n\nAbility to pass a criminal background check and TB clearance.\n\nPreferred\nExperience managing grant-funded educational or expanded learning programs.\n\nExperience working directly with school districts and community partners.\n\nKnowledge of California Expanded Learning programs and youth development best practices.\n\n
