This position requires strong litigation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nManage a caseload of approximately 150 workers’ compensation cases.\nDraft and submit settlement demands with supporting documentation.\nNegotiate claims with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties.\nRespond to discovery requests thoroughly and within required timelines.\nConduct depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts as necessary.\nRepresent clients during court appearances, including hearings and motions.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual with the following qualifications:\nSelf-starting and independent thinking\nStrong research skills\nProfessional and highly motivated\nAdvanced technology skills for a paperless environment\nAbility to excel in a fast-paced challenging environment\n0-3 years of workers’ compensation experience\nA commitment to exceptional client service\nTop quality writing skills; strong academic credentials\nCommitment to jury trials and appeals\nGA Bar license required.
