Fleet Coordinator

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for overseeing regional fleet maintenance operations, technician development, vendor relationships, and preventative maintenance programs to ensure fleet safety, compliance, reliability, and operational efficiency. Drives continuous improvement initiatives that maximize equipment uptime, control maintenance costs, and support Badger's commitment to safety and service excellence.

The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducts Annual and Bi-Annual ABI inspections to ensure fleet safety, compliance, and operational readiness Troubleshoots and maintenance including 24 hours on call basis for emergency repairs.
• Ensures the fleet maintenance program is carried out in the Region and set up the necessary supplier relationships to keep the trucks in working order.
• Ensures compliance to Badger’s safety and high service standards are with held.
• Establishes regular fleet inspection schedules for the region.
• Trains in house technicians in fleet for maintenance expectations.
• Monitors preventative maintenance program and tracks PM maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree in a related field preferred; Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• Minimum 5 years mechanical background in hydraulics, electrical and drivelines; heavy machinery a plus.
• Minimum 3 years Fleet experience.
• Class B CDL preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service background.
• Must be willing to be on call 24/7.
