environmental regulations and ensures regular inspections and adherence to maintenance schedules. \nLeads negotiations and preparation of leases and related agreements to secure favorable terms. \nDevelops and manages real estate budgets and forecasts.\nAnalyze market trends to identify risks and opportunities. \nHandles tenant communications and resolve disputes.\nPartners with Legal, HR, and Operations on real estate decisions.\nCommunicates real estate-related changes within the organization. \nDrafts external communications and stakeholder briefings and uses property management software to streamline operations.\nWhat You'll Need for Success:\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or Property Management with a minimum of 8 years of combined education and/or work-related experience.\nKnowledge of commercial real estate.\nUnderstanding of local real estate trends, rental rates, and occupancy strategies.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills.\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\nProficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams).\nMaintaining strong ties with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. \nThe role requires mobility within work environments, use of office equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds, clear vision and hearing, effective
