Badger is a safety-oriented company, and it is important to use this to help develop a competitive advantage and raise the standards of the industry.\nThe compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDevelops and executes a 1-year business plan ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategic plan and immediate manager’s business plan. \nDesigns manufacturing processes and products with various criteria in mind, including cost-effectiveness, user experience, and environmental standards. \nResearches opportunities for new products and systems then creates prototypes.\nSets individual initiatives for performance and deadlines supporting Badger’s manufacturing goals.\nEnsures compliance to Badgers safety policies, regulations, and compliances and high service standards. \nDevelops and prepares engineering drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches, perform engineering calculations, specification sheets and CAD models. \nWhat You'll Need For Success:\nEducation: Mechanical Engineering Degree from an accredited University or Institute.\nRegistered as a Professional Engineer with APEGA.\n10+ years of design engineering experience.\n3D CAD experience, including standardized drafting practices (Solidworks preferred);
