If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to be part of essential infrastructure work, apply now to join our dedicated team.\nHourly union rates: $29.42/hr to $39.23/ hr\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nOperating hydrovac equipment and performing hydrovac duties in a variety of working environments, including confined spaces\nDriving our hydrovac trucks (10-15% of total work time)\nAttending safety meetings\nPerforming routine inspections and minor repairs of the hydrovac equipment\nPreparing work areas by setting up safety measures and addressing potential hazards\nDocumenting and reporting all Badger, Federal, provincial, and Customer paperwork accurately and efficiently\nWhat We're Looking For:\nValid 1, 3 or DZ license (A-D license in Ontario) with airbrake endorsement\nFirst aid, Ground Disturbance and CSTS preferred (other safety tickets including but not limited to Fall protection, H2S alive and Confined Spaces may also be required depending on location)\nPreferred experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions\nAbility to work variable shifts with extended hours\nMust be willing to travel up to 25%\nMust be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions\nPrior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience preferred\nWhat You'll Need For Success:\nCustomer Service Focused and comfortable with customer interaction\nEnthusiasm for being part of a safety-focused collaborative team\nTechnology adept\nPersonal Protective Equipment provided\nCandidates must undergo a physical examination and complete pre-employment screenings such as driver’s abstract review and drug and alcohol test\nThis position is in a region that is covered under a collective bargaining agreement; the successful applicant may be required to join the union as a condition of employment\nIf you feel you don’t have the experience listed above, but still think you are qualified for the job, we encourage you to apply for consideration.\nAbout Us\nBadger Infrastructure Solutions is the industry leader in non­-destructive hydro-excavation (hydrovac) services.
