In this role, you’ll work across a modern enterprise technology environment, supporting platforms such as Infor LN, ION, Bizagi and EAM, while using tools including ServiceNow and Jira to resolve issues, improve services and ensure a seamless user experience.\nWorking with a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll contribute to the reliability, performance and continuous improvement of key business systems that support vital programmes across the organisation. This is an opportunity for you to develop knowledge in enterprise applications, service managementand business-critical technologies, while building valuable relationships and gaining exposure to large-scale digital transformation and continuous improvement goals within BAE Systems.\nCore duties:\nApplying established Service Desk experience to triage, investigate and resolve incidents and problems within the AIR ERP support environment.\nOverseeing user queries and service requests through to resolution, ensuring a high level of customer service and stakeholder engagement.\nInvestigating multi-layered issues with end users, gathering information and coordinating with support teams to achieve effective outcomes.\nSupporting user account administration activities, ensuring requests are processed accurately and in line with governance requirements.\nContributing to Continuous Service Improvement targets, helping to enhance service performance, efficiency and user experience.\nProducing service updates and supporting service reviews, change activities and operational governance across business-critical ERP systems.\nEssential Skills:\nDemonstrable Service Desk or IT Support experience, managingincidents, service requests and user enquiries in a structured environment\nGood understanding of Incident and Problem Managementprocesses, with experience driving issues through to resolution\nITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification, or demonstrable experience applying IT Service Managementbest practices\nHands-onexperience using ServiceNow, Jira or similar ticketing systems to manageworkloads and service performance\nAmple stakeholder communication and investigation skills, gathering requirements and collaborating with technical and business teams\nThe Air Procurement Governance Team:\nSupporting the protection of critical programmes, technologies and supplier networks, this team helps strengthen the security and resilience of a highly detailed global supply chain.
