Working closely with the Head of Cyber Services and Operations, you will coordinate cyber service implementation activities, manageproject governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and budget tracking, and support the successful delivery of Air Cyber strategy objectives. You will help define and deliver complexcyber projects, monitor performance and business benefits, drive continuous service improvement, and ensure services are delivered within agreed scope, timescales and budgetary constraints.\nCore Duties\nSupport and coordinate the implementation of the Air Sector Cyber Security Service from project initiation through to operational business-as-usual management\nPlan, schedule, monitor and report on cyber service delivery activities, ensuring effective governance, communication, risk managementand project controlsare maintained\nDefine, document and support the successful delivery of complexcyber services projects, applying appropriate project managementmethods, standards and tools\nManagestakeholder relationships, business reporting, change requests and service improvement activities to ensure alignment with Air Cyber strategies, policies and standards\nSupport budget managementand benefits realisation by monitoring resources, revenue and capital expenditure, tracking project performance and ensuring agreed business outcomes are delivered\nEssential skills\nExperience of working in an IT Function and relevant field\nAn understanding of emerging cyber requirements and industry best practices which will inform business service introduction and operational delivery\nGood level of Programme & Project managementexperience in relevant fields\nExperience of developing, defining and managingbusiness service projects\nExperience managing, controlling and reporting project deliverables to senior managementaudiences\nExperience of collaborating for success with key business stakeholders\nThe Air Cyber Services & Operations Team\nThe Air Cyber Services & Operations team is at the heart of delivering and evolving cyber security services across the Air Sector.
