You will coordinate project managementactivities, support informed decision-making through analysis, managecontrolaccounts or portfolio projects, and leada team of up to 10 professionals to achieve project objectives.\nCore duties:\nTaking accountability for team budgets, performance, delivery outcomes and the successful achievement of project objectives\nApplying and promoting effective project managementpractices, ensuring processes are followed and tailored appropriately\nAdapting plans, priorities and resources to address operational challenges, risks and changing project requirements\nLeadingLife Cycle Managementactivities, including tailoring, governance reviews, stakeholder coordination and review readiness\nChampioning a positive safety culture by maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance\nLeadingand developing a small team, providing coaching, training, performance feedback and day-to-day direction\nEssential skills:\nStrongproject managementexpertise, including methodologies, governance, tools and best practices within a highly regulated industry \nProvenability to solve complexproject challengesand make informed decisions\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence effectively\nGood commercial, financial and business awareness, with an understanding of project delivery environments\nDegree-qualified, professionally qualified, or able to demonstrate equivalent practical experience\nProfessional project managementaccreditation (e.g. APM, PMI) or experience, with the ability to undertake LCM Assessor responsibilities\nThe Radar team:\nJoin us in shaping the Future of Radar Technology.
