You will follow detailed work instructions, maintain high quality standards, and collaborate with the team to deliver reliable electronic components.\nCore Duties:\nAssembly of complex electronic components, PCBs and wiring looms to defence standards \nHand solder components with precision Maintain safety, quality, and tool care in a fast-paced environment \nContribute to continuous improvement and team collaboration \nComply with BAE Systems Safety, Health and Environment procedures with the requirements of the BAE Systems’ Quality systems as they relate to respective areas of activity\nEssential Skills:\nExperience in complex electronic assembly, Wiring looms and inspection (preferred but not essential) \nCertification in J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC 7711/7721 (desirable) \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality in a defence manufacturing environment \nDefence security clearance or eligibility to obtain \nEligibility to be cleared for International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) regulations \nWhy BAE Systems?\nHere you’ll build a career with purpose and limitless possibilities.
