Reporting to the Warton Unit Facilities Manager, the successful candidatewill be responsible for the delivery of the safe, compliant and efficient hard services and PPMs, managinga direct team of Site Leadsand PPM leadwhilst collaborating with Soft Services Team and wider IP team to ensure integrated, customer focussed FM delivery aligned to organisational objectives.\nCore Duties\nLead, coach and managesite Hard Services leadsand PPM leadto drive accountability\nBuild proactivesafety culture across hard services team and Service provider\nProvide technical input and knowledge to FM services works requirements and initiatives\nDrive financial responsibility, PPM planning, monitor spend V budget, driving cost avoidance through root cause analysisand contractor scope creep\nSupport the case building for contractor extension and tender activity as and when required\nDriving initiativesand improvements across the estate\nEssential skills\nDemonstrate an ability to lead, mentor, and developing a team of engineers\nDemonstrate an ability to audit and/or process reviews\nDemonstrate previous experience of working with stakeholders to develop and maintain strategies for building improvements across the estates with a finite budget\nHave good knowledge of the legislation governing Facilities Management\nBe a strongverbal communicator, able to influence others and report effectively\nBe able to produce excellent written work and presentations that can be shared with a wide audience\nThe Facilities Services Team\nJoining the Infrastructure & Facilities Services (I&FS) team means becoming part of a function that supports every aspect of the AIR Sector’s workplace and infrastructure environment.
