The roleis responsible for maintaining data accuracy and portfolio integrity, developing reports and dashboards, and providing stakeholders with meaningful performance insights.\nWorking closely with delivery teams, you will help ensure portfolio information remains current, accurate, and compliant with IM&T policies and standards. You will support portfolio monitoring activities, assist in the creation of performance reporting for all organisational levels, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The rolealso involves supporting process enhancements, training materials, procedures, user guides, and change requests. Success in this position requires stronganalyticalskills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.\nCore duties:\nPrimarily Data Governance & Accuracy reporting of Demands & Projects\nAssist with the Managementand Monitoring of the overall Demand Management& Projects Portfolio\nDevelop specific reports and/or dashboard as required by stakeholders\nWork with and support the various Delivery Streams to keep the Portfolio topical and accurate\nAssist and support the creation of Dashboards and Reports for all levels within DTS to highlight delivery performance\nEnsure projects are compliant with IM&T Policies\nAssist and support process improvements and initiativeswithin the team including training, policies, procedures and user guides\nSupport the execution of process improvements and initiatives, including Change Request\nEssential Skills:\nProject experience across the lifecycle, including delivery\nExperience of the IM&T Demand ManagementProcesses\nExperience in project reporting and presenting to relevant stakeholders at all levels\nJira experience would be beneficial\nThe IM&T ProjectManagementTeam:\nJoin a dynamic IM&T Project Managementteam responsible for delivering technology and business change projects that have a real impact across the organisation.
