You will work within established governance and project managementframeworks to help deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The roleinvolves managingsupplier interactions, processing orders, monitoring project progress, and proactivelyidentifying risks and implementing solutions to keep delivery on track.\nCore duties:\nDeliver low-complexity projects or work packages, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction targets are met\nApply project governance, regulatory requirements, and BAE Systems project managementmethodologies throughout the project lifecycle\nDevelop, maintain, and track project plans, changes, risks, issues, and opportunities\nMonitor budgets, resources, and supplier performance to ensure efficient project delivery\nProduce project reports, engage stakeholders, and identify lessons learned to support continuous improvement\nEssential Skills:\nKnowledge of project managementprinciples, methodologies, and project lifecycle management\nExperience of project planning, scheduling, and tracking delivery against agreed milestones\nUnderstanding of project governance, including risk, issue, and dependency management\nKnowledge of resource planning, forecasting, budget management, and financial tracking\nRecognised project managementqualification (e.g. APM PFQ, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent)\nThe Air Property Team:\nThe Air Property team are transforming to deliver property IT projects more efficiently through Agile and Lean ways of working. The team have been piloting this approach for the last year and are expanding the benefits seen so far to a wider second phase.
