We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons.\nBAE Systems Saudi Arabia is committed to supporting the Saudi Arabian National Agenda including Saudisation and the training and development of Saudi National capability through the growth of the Saudi National Partner Companies thereby reinforcing Industrialisation and Partnerships.\nThe post holder will be responsible for delivering Naval Specialist Training (NST) at the Technical Institute for Naval Studies (TINS). Specifically, the post holder will be responsible for delivery of common content for all NST streams and Electricity Technician (Radar) (ET(R)) stream specific content.\nJOB ACCOUNTABILITIES\nThe post holder is responsible for:\nDelivering Naval Speciality Training curriculum, in particular, Electricity Technician (Radar) specific elements.\n\nSupporting invigilation activities for assessments.\n\nSupporting remedial training activities.\n\nWriting assessment materials.\n\nSupporting the continuous improvement of courseware materials and media.\n\nWriting trainee reports as required to meet customer requirements.\n\nOperate to a standard of absolute integrity and professionalism.\n\nEnsure the completion of any other reasonable request by the NST Management Team, which aligns with Company business.\n\nRECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION\nEssential\nNST EE\nEducation\nGraduate of advanced military trade schools, industrial equivalents or relevant educational establishments.\n\nSuccessfully completed an accredited Instructional Techniques course.\n\nExperience\nSubstantial practical experience in their speciality.\n\nRecent instructional experience.\n\nNST SN\nEducation\nGraduate of advanced military trade schools, industrial equivalents or relevant educational establishments.\n\nSuccessfully completed an accredited Instructional Techniques course, plus either:\n\na) A valid IELTS certificate (gained in the last two years) showing an average band score of 5.0 with no pillar less than 4.0.\nb) A CEFR level of B1.
