You will resolve complexengineering challenges, produce technical reports and presentations, collaborate with stakeholders, and build strongworking relationships while working independentlyor as part of a team to meet customer and business needs.\nCore duties:\nApplying broad engineering knowledge, company standards, and governance to deliver effective solutions\nSupporting design assurance activities, providing robust evidence for safety case acceptance\nDefining and overseeing qualification hold points during build, testing, and commissioning\nIdentifying lifecycle issues, managedesign changes, and support successful implementation\nEngaging internal and external stakeholders, ensuring requirements are understood and addressed\nMonitoring programme progress, conduct reviews and audits, and support UK/international travel as required\nEssential skills:\nDegree-qualified Naval Architect/Marine Engineer with broad engineering expertiseand industry experience\nProficient in Siemens NX, Maxsurf, Teamcentre, AutoCAD, and related design tools\nAbility to produce high-quality drawings, calculations, reports, and technical documentation with minimal supervision\nExperienced in boat design, composite and aluminium construction, repair methods, and analysis\nApplies sound engineering judgement, including finite element analysis, to solve complexproblems.\nCollaborative leaderwith a passion for marine platforms, committed to learning and developing others\nThe Future Products team:\nYou will be joining a team responsible for developing the future of maritime capability, working on some of the most exciting opportunities in our portfolio.
