The roleis responsible for accurately processing and maintaining records to ensure full traceability of material movements, managingincoming deliveries, supporting reporting activities, and assisting with audit requirements.\nWorking closely with Manufacturing and Project teams, you will help ensure materials and resources are available where needed, while following established Business ManagementSystem (BMS) processes and governance standards. This is a varied role that contributes to the efficient delivery of operational and project activities.\nCore duties:\nYou will record all transactions (movements, transfers, disposal or delivery) to ensure traceability of Government Furnished Equipment and project stock\nReview and update SAP inventory records for GFE and project stock held on the system\nYou will raise Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for Combat Systems Projects\nProvide visible activecommitment to SHEand Quality\nYou will issue stock and materials to support manufacturing, project delivery, and ship support activities\nEssential Skills:\nExperience managinginventory and stock movements, consistently meeting service levels and operational requirements\nConfidentresponding to customer enquiries, providing clear information, guidance, and effective support\nAccurate and detail-oriented when maintaining, updating, and cleansing inventory and operational data\nAble to analyse, interpret, and report on data, identifying trends, improvements, and appropriate actions\nThe Combat Systems Stores & Inventory Team:\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen within the Combat Systems Supply Chain Function, working within the GFE & Project Stores Team, supporting a wide range of projects, including our RECODE, NCSISS and SMCS projects.\nYou would be joining a team of three stores personnel, sitting within the wider supply chain function.
