In addition they will be responsible in supporting others in the Project Controls Community with developing their capability in the scheduling skillset.\nCore Duties:\nAssist the project team to establish the initial schedule baseline.\nThrough use of various company tools, provide schedule project reporting and analysis data to the project team on a monthly basis\nAccountable for providing the required level of Senior management and control, and expert assistance towards delivering the project controls scope of work in support of the schedule baseline, the effective use of project controls tool sets and integration with project reporting as required by the project team\nManage and control the baseline change control approvals and other baseline documentation\nProvide expert assistance in the use of schedule tools (Open Plan / Primavera / Microsoft Project).\nEssential Skills:\nProven performance at a similar level OR demonstrated proven performance and progression in the scheduling domain\nAIPM and/or PMI certification/s desirable\nSignificant contributory responsibility to minimal to medium projects (up to $100 million in contract value and $25 million in annual sales) or minor contribution to large projects\nAbility to interact effectively with colleagues within and outside immediate team, to implement business requirements\nWell-developed self-management skills and demonstrated ability to work under own initiative to deliver outputs to time, quality and cost\nAbility to obtain or Maintain a Security Clearance.\nWhy BAE Systems?\nHere you’ll build a career with purpose and limitless possibilities.
